A new bike needs to be set up right to ensure a comfortable riding position and reduce the risk of injury.
A completely different approach is needed with a road bike, a mountain bike, a cyclocross bike, and a time trial bike as the riding and racing positions are completely different - come and get it right with us.
A session for a bike assessment is 60 minutes and priced at £75.
During a run assessment we spend time talking through your run history, your previous events, past injuries, running footwear and goals for the next ‘big run’ together in clinic.
We then take you to a local park area in order to film and analyse your gait when running, and explore form, gait pattern and run efficiency.
From this, specific drills will be developed to help encourage you to become a more efficient runner, with less risk of injury.

Swimming in open water can be daunting for anyone who hasn't done it before. We can run through all aspects from getting you in your wetsuit to tacking those hectic race starts!
Similarly if you are no stranger to open water, then efficient technique will go a long way towards making it easier. We have coached swimmers from their first triathlon all the way through to Ironman, and endurance swim events.
