We’re a unique team of four, specialising in sporting performance across a number of disciplines. Whether you’re a high performance athlete, have just signed up for your first endurance event or are just starting out on your fitness adventure, we can help you achieve your goals.  

What makes 4 Performance stand out is not only our personable and expert approach to coaching, but our experiences of working around full time jobs and family commitments as well as time-out through sickness and injury. 

We know that everyone we work with is completely unique so instead of using generic training schedules we create bespoke programs that are tailored specifically to your needs. Our aim is not only to help you achieve your goals but to push you further than you ever thought possible.

Jon Warren

Triathlon & Duathlon

Jon is a former competitive runner who discovered triathlon after being inspired at London 2012 Olympics. Since then, he has gone on to hone his skills across various distances and become a respected triathlon and run coach. He brings a determined, but encouraging energy to all of his athletes.

Musculoskeletal injuries

Specialising in musculoskeletal injuries, Sophie works with sports individuals and teams to help restore function after injury and analyse biomechanics to get the most form your athletic performance no matter what sports you’re into.
