Indoor Rowing Classes
Rowing is a great full-body workout! When we row we use 85% of our body every stroke. As such, rowing can help to condition your whole body and strengthen your core, whilst increasing your flexibility. A mixed programme of high and low intensity workouts will help you shed fat and get fit very quickly. Rowing is a low impact exercise is perfect for everyone not matter what age or ability.

Fully qualified Rowing Instructor available to deliver classes to gyms or rowing clubs.
Teach good technique on the indoor rowing machine to help maximise your workouts and avoid injury. CrossFit athletes have found this service very beneficial.
