My 16 week training plan is an ideal way for a self-motivated athlete to train towards a specific race or goal in a cost effective way. It is suitable for those athletes who require structure to their training but wish to do so without the monthly/annual financial commitment of a having a coach. The bespoke plan will be tailored to your needs and set realistic and achievable training targets which build towards your goal.

What you get with the plan:
• A bespoke training plan tailored to you. This will fit around your current level of experience, availability to train and your season goals.
• Delivered via your own personal Training Peaks account.

• Daily email detailing your training.
• Welcome pack containing a startup questionnaire, nutritional advice and strength and conditioning training plan.
What’s not included?
• No communication after the plan is received.
• No updates to plan once received.
• £160 for the initial 16 Week Plan.
• Any subsequent 16 week plan - £140.
How it works:
You will be asked to complete a questionnaire which will allow me to gain a clear picture of your current level of ability, achievements, goals and expectations. This will be followed by a free initial consultation to discuss these areas in more detail and allow you to ask any questions you may have.
2. Your plan is created:
Now I can build a personal plan that will be specific to you and your goal event. We will take into account your current fitness, home life, work life and time available to train. This enables me to build your plan, perfectly matching your needs.
3. How the plan is delivered:
Your plan will be delivered using the Training Peaks platform in your own personal account. This allows you to log, view and analyse your workouts at the click of a button.
