16 week training plans are an ideal way for a self-motivated athlete to train towards a specific race or goal in a cost effective way. They are suitable for those athletes who require structure to their training but wish to do so without the monthly/annual financial commitment of a having a coach. The bespoke plans are tailored to your needs and set realistic and achievable training targets which build towards your goals.

How it works:​

  1. You will be asked to complete a questionnaire which will allow us to gain a clear picture of your current level of ability, achievements, goals and expectations. This will be followed by a free initial consultation to discuss these areas in more detail and allow you to ask any questions you may have.

  2. Your plan is created. We will build a completely bespoke plan that is specific to you and your goals. Based upon your questionnaire, we will take into account all of the information you have provided, such as your home/work life, your fitness levels and the time you have available to train. This enables us to build your plan, perfectly matching your needs.

  3. Your plan will be delivered using the Training Peaks platform in your own personal account. This allows you to log, view and analyse your workouts at the click of a button.
