Jon Warren
Head Coach
(BTF Level 2 Diploma)
Jon is a lifelong runner who discovered triathlon after being inspired at London 2012 Olympics. Since then, he has gone on to hone his skills across various distances and become a respected triathlon, multisport and run coach. He brings a determined, but encouraging energy to all of his athletes.

CHARLOTTE OWEN
Coach
Sport for Charlotte has been a way to escape, push boundaries and be a part of a community. She constantly studies to help develop her own methodologies to ensure that sport becomes a lifestyle rather than a short term plan for her athletes.

Mark Billyard
Coach
Mark is a lifelong swimmer, who loves the water. After watching the Ironman Lanzarote in 2010, he extended that to the bike and run, and his triathlon has gone from strength to strength, with a particular focus on middle and long distance, and a palmarès including 6 world championships. He is a focused, passionate, motivating and systematic triathlon/swim coach, who completed his BTF Level 3 coaching qualification on the High-Performance Coaching Programme (HPCP).

Michael Dempster
Coach
Michael has been in the world of triathlon for 23 years, from racing elite level at Olympic distance as a Junior through achieving a top 10 finish in his age group at the infamous Ironman Lanzarote to present day trying to qualify for an elite long distance racing license at the age of 38.
Alongside this he has been a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer and endurance specialist for the last 15+ years and brings an he prides himself on being able to tailor training to all of his clients specific needs – whatever they may be.

NICK CULL
Coach
Nick started his endurance sport journey back in 2008 when he ran the Paris marathon as a bucket list achievement of running 26.2 miles. From there Nick just didn’t stop and caught the bug of trying new things and seeing what he could achieve. Before long he'd fallen into triathlon and have competed at all distances since 2010. Nick likes to push his boundaries and see how far he can go with events and challenges with my toughest challenge to date being the Silk Road Mountain Race 2022 through the mountains of Kyrgyzstan. Nick loves the sport of triathlon though and Nick particularly enjoys encouraging new participants as well as being part of the sport from a different side as British Triathlon Technical Official.

Gary Burman
Coach
Gary discovered triathlon in his mid-30s after retiring from football. After an invite from a friend to compete alongside him at a local triathlon event, Gary quickly fell in love with triathlon. Gary has gone on to represent GB Age Group in Aquathlon, Aqua Bike in Sprint Triathlon at European and World Championships. Gary has a background in Sports Science and his coaching skills are honed from 20 years of teaching experience. Gary has built up an excellent rapport with athletes he has coached, which has inspired them to progress rapidly to their goals.

Chris is a highly experienced and specialised physiotherapist in musculoskeletal medicine and sports injuries. He is clinical director at Complete Physio, who have 5 clinics located across London. Complete Physio have partnered with 4PerformanceUK to provide their clients with access to elite level physiotherapists and soft tissue therapists. Complete Physio are trusted by elite level runners, cyclists and athletes from a variety of other sports. We are dedicated to providing a professional, evidence based, accessible service to optimise recovery from injury and injury prevention.

I’m a foodie with a life-long passion for how foods’ fascinating biochemical properties can truly affect physical and emotional health. Every day we ask a lot from the remarkable machine that is the human body, yet often it is not fed the right fuel.
Essential nutrition is crucial for optimal health and peak performance, both in everyday life and in sport.
Kirsty Prior
Coach
Kirsty fell into the world of multi-sport after a friend suggested she give a local offroad duathlon a go. Roll forward 10 years or so, and she has competed across a host of different multi-sport events, from sprint to long distance and everything in between. Always looking for the next adventure, Kirsty is never afraid to try something new.
With a palmares that includes 12 international podiums across a range of disciplines, including 7 European and World age group titles, Kirsty decided it was time to share some of her experience with other athletes and entered the world of coaching. She is the master of juggling, combining her love of multi-sport and the outdoors with touch rugby, a fast and dynamic team sport.
