Cauliflower Frappuccino




Our latest recipe from Nutritional Therapist Steph is for Frappuccino lovers (you won’t taste the veg!)


Cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage and broccoli 🥦 contain glucosinolates, known to have anti-cancer properties and to promote liver detoxification.


You’ll need:

  • 160ml cooled coffee (ideally use quality coffee for added phytonutrients)

  • 80ml milk of choice

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder

  • 1 small banana

  • 4 walnuts

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 3 frozen cauliflower florets

  • 3 ice cubes

Directions:

Simply blend all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender until you have a smoothie-like consistency.
