Cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage and broccoli 🥦 contain glucosinolates, known to have anti-cancer properties and to promote liver detoxification.
You’ll need:
160ml cooled coffee (ideally use quality coffee for added phytonutrients)
80ml milk of choice
2 tbsp cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder
1 small banana
4 walnuts
1 handful of spinach
3 frozen cauliflower florets
3 ice cubes
Directions:
Simply blend all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender until you have a smoothie-like consistency.
