Pina Colada Smoothie


Not just any smoothie…an anti-inflammatory Piña Colada smoothie!


Fresh pineapple is high in bromelain, which not only aids digestion but can effectively reduce swelling and inflammation.


Pineapple is also an excellent source of manganese - an essential cofactor in many enzymes that are needed for energy production and antioxidant protection -> immunity, repair and recovery.


Blend the following in a high-speed blender and serve in a pineapple, for extra tropical vibes!


  • 2 handfuls or 1/2 small pineapple, cut into chunks

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder.

  • 1/2 pint cold unsweetened coconut milk

  • As much ice as you like - the more you add, the thicker it will be
